Very shocking to learnt about your demise. Recall vividly our youthful years from Joseph Band, Remedial class, Ephraim band. You were just a fantastic and loving guy ready to lend a helping hand. May God grant you eternal rest and console the family left behind.

Uncle Jide… so sad to have to say goodbye so suddenly. Yours was a life dedicated to God and His church. You were at the centre of everything and always focused on others ahead of yourself. Your death is a reminder that our lives on earth are indeed short and our focus should alway be heaven!

Rest on beloved brother! Rest for all your toils!

Jide
I’m not quite over the shock and disbelief I experienced when I heard that you were no more on earth.
I must now accept that you left early to join the Saints.
Vociferous Humourous Thoughtful Kind Agreeable always. Then half disagreeable. Then agreeable again.
You will be missed.
Please chill for the Angels small, as I know you like to shake things up.
Eternal rest my brother.

It was a deep shock to hear of Jide’s passing on at such a tender age. Distance never denies the fact that we are still family and have known each other for years. I was privileged to watch the IA Foundation video before Jide’s demise and it was quite evident that he had a sincere passion and drive for the poor and less privileged kids in Nigeria. He will be remembered by me in many ways especially the big bros we used to look up to in Joseph band when were still in Sunday School. May Jide rest in peace and we pray for Sola and the children that God will give them the fortitude to bear this loss and be comforted by the Spirit of comfort and consolation IJN.

Jide you left when we needed you, I know you as far back 1985, when you are still in Joseph Band here in suru lere, where together when they created youth fellowship, when they created Ephraim Band I was in John Band.
What I knew about you was you are agile and always put your energy into what you believed in.
Jide you’re epitome of love, kind to fault, loving father.
I don’t know how to describe you, continue your rest rest as you’re journey to everlasting home.
Rest on Jide till we meet and part no more.

In Loving Memory of Sp. Apos. Pastor Babajide Olaseinde Olagundoye: A Founding Member of Gospel Choir
In the tender embrace of harmony and melody, we find solace in celebrating the profound life of Sp. Apos. Pastor Babajide Olaseinde Olagundoye, a cherished founding member of the Gospel Choir (now Youth Choir) of the C & S Movement Church, Ayo Ni O. Our hearts heavy with sorrow yet lifted by the memories we hold dear, we pay tribute to a soul whose passion for unwavering dedication has left an indelible mark on our hearts.
Beyond the notes and melodies, Mr. Olagundoye embodied the true essence of camaraderie and friendship. His warmth and kindness knew no bounds. His unwavering dedication to the choir not only enriched our lives but also enriched the lives of all who had the privilege of experiencing his compassion.
Though he may no longer walk among us, his spirit remains ever-present, woven into the very fabric of our choir’s identity. He lives on in the echoes of our hearts, a timeless symphony of love, laughter, and everlasting friendship.
Rest in peace our dear brother.

‘Aah, omo yemi,’ I am short of words hence the reason why it took me some time to know how to express best myself. As we grew up together from youth you were full of life and had great laudable aspirations. Very enthusiastic at speaking our Ondo native dialect, very loving and highly considerate by putting others first. It is painful you have to leave so sudden. I am happy that you towed the way of Christ which our parents put our footsteps upon even to the very end. I am short of words on how to share in this painful exit, for us it may be short but to God our creator you have lived a fulfilled life and it’s time to bow out. My entire family do express our deepest condolence to all Olagundoye family, home and abroad. Adieu my dearest brother, until we meet to part no more at the bosom of our Lord Jesus.
From your brother.

I was shocked to hear of Jide’s passing. Although we were not in regular contact, I knew him to be a good man and an exceptional professional.

I pray that God accepts his soul and grant it eternal rest. I also pray that God gives his family the strength to deal with the loss.

Egin Jide, the reality of your passing is yet to sink in. I walk into Bible study every Sunday morning after your passing, hoping to see you at the pulpit, encouraging everyone to participate and expressing your views, not lording it over anyone.
Haa, iku, ori re daa, isa oku, e’segun re daa.
You and your wife were one of the few people who checked on me when you did not see me in church for a while ( I was being lazy joining the service via YouTube lol).
Without words but action and unknown to you, you encouraged me to start attending Sunday morning Bible study in church, to so many people’s surprise!
You are amongst I first 10 to congratulate me of my many achievements both on social media and when you see me face2face in chuch.
I can go on and on. Most importantly, you loved God and showed it in your actions not only words.
I pray God will continue to strengthen your lovely better half, Sola and uphold her to carry on in the faith, be her rock and comforter.
I pray for your siblings, that God will sustain them and give them the energy to carry on the good worksz
To your beautiful children, the Lord will uphold, comfort and strengthen them to continue in your legacy.

To the body of Christ that you loved so well, May God strengthen us all in Jesus name.

Rest in the bosom of your maker, till we meet to part no more.
